Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Hoboken Train Station
Hoboken, NJ 07030

Information: Dear Jerseysiders,

Our days of hiking with our hands frozen in our pockets are, most likely, over! Welcome to March.

WHO: you and your hiker friends

WHERE: Harriman State Park

WHAT: 6 mile hike of moderate difficulty, including some steep grading. Lovely lakes and babbling brooks :-)
Check out the hike: http://www.nynjtc.org/trails/record/20031229.html

WHEN: Sunday, March 23. Meet at the Hoboken train station at 9 AM – train to Harriman leaves at 9:20 AM.

HOW: Bring a backpack with lunch and snacks, and at least one liter of water. Wear layers, and sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting wet or muddy.

This hike is on Easter Sunday, for anyone who’s available that day for one reason or another. Peeps and chocolate bunnies are encouraged to attend!

PLEASE RSVP TO ME BY WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19. We’ll be able to hike to the trailhead from the train station, but if someone plans on driving up, please let me know – shuttling from train to trail would be repaid with gas money and much gratitude.

See you there,
