Information: Openness, consideration and respect are the foundation elements of vibrant community experiences. The Symposia Conversation Project is an experiment in community dialogue where people of different beliefs and points of view can engage in meaningful discourse that enlightens, challenges and enriches the participants.

The conversation topic is voted by the participants at the beginning of the meeting.

Refreshments are served at 7:30 p.m.

Spoken Word Series: Brian Bradford followed by Open Mic

Information: Brian Bradford , an Associate Professor of English at Warren County Community College, is a recipient of the Henfield Transatlantic Review Award for Fiction. His fiction has appeared in Black Ice, New Blood and the Antioch Review and he has been responsible for bringing renowned poets and speakers to address students at the College. Bradford is an active member of the New Jersey Writing Alliance and has served as a representative on Middle States Association Commission of Higher Education Accreditation teams for the past five years. He developed the WCCC student art and literature magazine, Ars Poetica.

This 10 week series is an introduction to Christianity and provides an opportunity for people of all backgrounds to come together to discuss issues of faith and spirituality in a comfortable, fun and non-threatening environment. Some of the various topics to be discussed include:

* Can I trust the Bible?
* Why and how should I pray?
* What about other religions?
* How can I make the most of my life?
